Where are we located?
Our offices and warehouse are located in Burlington but we’re set up as a Shop-At-Home flooring company. We have sales representatives throughout Southern Ontario who will bring samples to your home and give you a FREE estimate!
How do we operate?
Unlike your traditional brick-and-mortar flooring store, we set an appointment for our sales representatives to come to your house, bring samples, take measurements, and leave you an estimate. We’re Ontario’s original Shop-From-Home flooring store!
Is there a location one can visit?
We have a 10,000 sq. ft office/warehouse space located in Burlington but it’s not set up as a showroom. If you’re looking to see some products or get some advice from one of our flooring experts one of our sales reps will happily come to you.
What products do we carry?
We carry carpet, laminate, luxury vinyl and hardwood flooring from all of the industry’s major and most popular suppliers and manufacturers.
How long is the process from quote to install?
Our typical turnaround time from estimate to installation is around 10 business days. However, we do stock a lot of our products so in some instances you can have your flooring installed the next day.
Do we offer weekend appointments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer weekend appointments, but we do offer evening appointments up to 7:00 P.M.
