Where are we located?

Our offices and warehouse are located in Burlington but we’re set up as a Shop-At-Home flooring company.  Don’t worry if Burlington is too far from you – we have sales representatives all over Southern Ontario.

Our Shop-At-Home business model makes shopping for flooring really easy.  All you have to do is fill out this form and schedule your FREE in-home estimate.  One of our sales representatives will come to your home, measure out your space, show you some samples, and leave you with a quote!  We bring our store to your door!

No, we don’t have a brick and mortar store.  We’re exclusively a Shop-At-Home flooring company.

We carry carpet, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet tiles, and broadloom.

Depending on your space and the flooring you’ve chosen we can sometimes install the day after your quote.  If we need to order your flooring in, we generally schedule installations within 10 business days.

We don’t do weekend appointments.  We schedule our appointments Monday – Friday from 9am-7pm.

We have multiple financing plans available through Financit – you can apply online for financing or ask your sales rep about our plans.

What Is Hardwood?
Our offices and warehouse are in Burlington, but we operate as a Shop-At-Home flooring company. We have sales representatives throughout Southern Ontario who will bring hardwood samples to your home and provide you with a FREE estimate!
Unlike traditional brick-and-mortar flooring stores, we schedule appointments for our sales representatives to visit your home, bring hardwood samples, take measurements, and provide you with an estimate. We’re Ontario’s original Shop-From-Home hardwood flooring store!
We have a 10,000 sq. ft office/warehouse space in Burlington, but it’s not set up as a showroom. If you’d like to see hardwood samples or get advice from one of our flooring experts, one of our sales reps will gladly come to you.
We offer a wide range of hardwood options from all of the industry’s leading suppliers and manufacturers including Mohawk, Fuzion Flooring, Shaw Floors, and many more!
Our typical turnaround time from estimate to installation is around 14 business days. However, we stock many of our hardwood products, so in some cases, you could have your new flooring installed within 3 or 4 days.
Unfortunately, we do not offer weekend appointments, but we do offer evening appointments up to 7:00 P.M.
